Kate Bush returns
Tonight Kate Bush plays her first gig in 35 years.

That last gig was 14th May 1979, and Margaret Thatcher had been in power for just 10 days.

Roll on the 11th September when I'm going!

The lady is a legend.

Apparently, the wooden gate outside her gaff are looking a bit worn and could do with some attention, according to

It's especially hard to run up hills when you're suspended in gaffa

To be fair on Jools, Kate Bush's music is quite breathtaking.

Re: Kate Bush returns
Maybe next time you'll think twice about using the word 'breathtaking' to describe music.

Quite possibly the gayest thing ever said by a man named Julian, which in itself is quite a feat.

OMM

How dare you!

I dont think you would be saying that if you had seen my collection of Rufus Wainwright, Erasure, Bronski Beat and Divine albums, all alongside my plethora of West End show tunes of course.

Now go and do one, you have already interupted my regualr afternoon Wizard of Oz and Sound of Music marathon too long already. I may have already missed Dorothy telling Scarecrow that she will miss him most of all, thanks to you!!

Re: Kate Bush returns
Say what you like, but she is one of the best singer songwriters we have ever produced.

Sure, she's a bit wierd and a tad theatrical, but theres a very talented and interesting person there.

Some of her songs are breathtaking.

This womans work

Running up that hill

Moments of pleasure

Suspended in gaffa
